We pride ourselves on great service with great prices. We understand that you don't want to pay more than you need to for printer supplies so we will match or beat a competitor's price for the exact same product, provided they are a VAT registered company based in UK mainland and have the item(s) in stock for immediate dispatch. Delivery charges from competitors will also be taken into account when comparing prices. You must mention our price promise when ordering. Excludes products on promotions or special offers.

Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed including and excluding VAT (@ 20%) as we aim to keep our pricing as transparent as possible. All prices are in pounds sterling. Whilst we will always endeavour to honour a price quoted on our website, errors occasionally occur due to the large number of products stocked and we reserve the right to refund a miss-priced product. We accept Visa, Visa Credit, Visa Debit / Delta, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Mastercard Debit and UK Maestro. Card payments can be made online or over the phone. Businesses can also benefit from 30-day credit invoicing (subject to status) - just fill in the account opening form. Should you pay by cheque - cheques which don't cash in the normal way are subject to a standard banking administration charge of £30.00 + VAT.
Whilst we make every effort to meet our delivery times, they are not guaranteed. We rely on couriers and Royal Mail for next-day deliveries and whilst they have excellent records of reliability occasionally next-day deliveries are delayed - please bear this in mind when ordering. Same-day deliveries in London are carried out by Yellow Office so we can control the delivery times and have an excellent record of delivering on time. We aim to deliver within the chosen delivery timescale but this is not a guaranteed service - however, we make every effort to ensure you receive your order in the assigned delivery time period and our reliability record currently stands at more than 98% of deliveries delivered on time.
All products sold by Yellow Office Ltd are fully guaranteed to perform to the manufacture's standards. In the unlikely event that a product is faulty or doesn’t perform as it should contact us immediately so we can rectify the problem. All non-perishable products have a standard warranty for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Returns & Cancellations
We accept returns on unopened items if they are the condition they were delivered to you within 7 days of purchase. You can return the item to 40 Replingham Road, London, SW18 5LR or we can arrange for a collection from your home or office and a refund or exchange shall be issued. We cannot accept any returns if the product is not in pristine condition or opened. Should you decide to cancel an order do so as quickly as you can as we reserve the right to charge you £5.00 if the delivery driver has left to deliver the order - on same-day deliveries only.
Contents of your order should be checked as soon as you receive your goods as you must notify us of any delivery discrepancies within 48 working hours from your delivery time. After this time we cannot guarantee to successfully deal with delivery discrepancies. All orders are shipped with packing notes or invoices.
Business Credit Accounts
Applications for credit are based on various factors and are treated on an individual basis. We reserve the right to decline a credit account and may make background checks into the business and the business's accounts. Business Credit Accounts are suitable for businesses with an average monthly minimum spend of £50.00. We reserve the right to withdraw credit accounts if this minimum spend is not met. Credit accounts are strictly on a 30-day invoicing basis and we reserve the right to charge for late payments. Our standard administration charge is £50.00 + vat to cover our debt recovery process. We also reserve the right to charge an additional 5% per month for overdue balances. You will be notified via email and/or writing before any additional charges are added to your account. Any items purchased from Yellow Office Ltd with credit remain the property of Yellow Office Ltd until payment has been made in full.
We ask every customer for their email address as we will email you your receipt to save on unnecessary paper (just ask if you prefer a printed receipt). We do not pass on or sell your details. We may occasionally send you Yellow Office promotions and our newsletter via the email address you supply. Should you wish to be removed from our mailing list email email@example.com with your details and the subject 'unsubscribe'.
